Turn Me On (Kevin Little Cover)
CocoRosie
Once again the dear sisters Coco and Rosie have created musical magic. This cover is both a sensual and sweet experience. A melodic mix between Rosie’s harp and Coco’s voice. It’s clear why their style is sometimes referred to as “freakfolk”… time to get “Freaky”… haha. I suggest you open a window if it gets too heated.
Reggae is huuuge in latin america. Here are two reggae inspired hip hop artists performing “Para Mí” live on a radio show.
Something kind of fun & funky.
First off, Local Natives is a band that must be checked out. They just debuted their first album this year [Gorilla Manor] and I dig it.
I also dig this site that provides a forum for downloading their tracks, remixing them, and uploading to share with the fanbase. There is no apparent incentive to make these remixes except for the sole purpose of sharing your remix skills. Pretty fun!
